Issue にアサインされた人 API について

Issue にアサインされた人 API では、Issue および pull request にアサインされた人の管理をサポートします。すべてのPull Requestは Issue ですが、すべての Issue がPull Requestというわけではありません。このため、担当者、ラベル、マイルストーンなどの管理といった、両方の機能に "共通する" アクションは、Issues API で提供されます。

Check if a user can be assigned

Checks if a user has permission to be assigned to an issue in this repository.

If the assignee can be assigned to issues in the repository, a 204 header with no content is returned.

Otherwise a 404 status code is returned.
