Following organizations

You can follow organizations on GitHub Enterprise Server to receive notifications about their activity.

Note: The ability to follow organizations is currently in public beta and subject to change.

About followers on GitHub Enterprise Server

When you follow organizations on GitHub Enterprise Server, you'll see their activity on your personal dashboard. This activity includes new discussions, sponsorships, and repositories. For more information, see "About your personal dashboard."

You can unfollow an organization if you do not wish to see their activity on GitHub Enterprise Server.

Following an organization on GitHub Enterprise Server

  1. Go to the organization page you want to follow.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Follow.

  1. Go to the organization page you want to unfollow.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Unfollow.

Viewing people and organizations a user follows on GitHub Enterprise Server

  1. Navigate to the user's profile page.

  2. Under the user's profile picture, click following.
