Opening a ticket via the support portal
You can use the support site to sign in to the support portal, submit issues or questions to the GitHub Enterprise Support ticketing system, and designate an Urgent, High, Moderate, or Low severity level. The support portal also offers information for GitHub Enterprise Implementation and GitHub Enterprise Training.
When submitting a request in the support portal, please use your business email address. Otherwise our ticketing system will not be able to associate the ticket with your organization or mark the ticket as urgent.
