限制在组织中创建仓库
为保护组织的数据，您可以配置在组织中创建仓库的权限。
You can restrict repository creation permissions and the ability to transfer repositories into the organization to organization owners only or allow members to create public and private repositories.

在 GitHub Enterprise 的右上角，单击您的个人资料照片，然后单击 Your profile（您的个人资料）。

在个人资料页面的左侧，在“Organizations（组织）”下单击组织的图标。

在组织名称下，单击 Settings（设置）。

在左侧边栏中，单击 Member privileges（成员权限）。

在“Repository creation（仓库创建）”下，取消选择 Allow members to create repositories for this organization（允许成员为此组织创建仓库）。
