Dica
If you're looking for a more flexible way to organize context for Copilot, you can also try Copilot Spaces.
Espaços let you combine code and free-text content—like transcripts or specs—and can be created by any Copilot user, not just organization owners. They’re a good option for more focused or task-specific use cases. See Sobre a organização e o compartilhamento de contexto com o Copilot Spaces.
About knowledge bases
Organization owners can create knowledge bases, bringing together Markdown documentation across one or more repositories. Organization members can then specify that knowledge base as the context for Chat do Copilot no GitHub, Copilot Chat in Visual Studio Code, and Copilot Chat in Visual Studio.
When you ask a question in Copilot Chat with a knowledge base selected, Copilot will search the knowledge base for relevant information and synthesize a response.
