Enterprise owners can configure GitHub Enterprise Server to show custom footers with up to five additional links.
The custom footer is displayed above the GitHub footer to all users, on all pages of GitHub Enterprise Server.
Configuring custom footers for your enterprise

In the top-right corner of GitHub Enterprise Server, click your profile photo, then click Enterprise settings.

In the enterprise account sidebar, click Settings.

Under "Settings", click Profile.

At the top of the Profile section, click Custom footer.

Add up to five links in the fields shown.

Click Update custom footer to save the content and display the custom footer.
