About installing your own GitHub App
Once you create a GitHub App, you can install it. If your GitHub App is owned by a personal account, you can install it on your account. If your GitHub App is owned by an organization and you are an organization owner, you can install it on the organization.
If your GitHub App is public, you can also share your GitHub App with other users or organizations within your enterprise. For more information, see "Sharing your GitHub App."
Installing your own GitHub App

Accédez aux paramètres de votre compte.
- Pour une GitHub App appartenant à un compte personnel, dans le coin supérieur droit d’une page, cliquez sur votre photo de profil, puis sur Paramètres.
- Pour une GitHub App appartenant à une organisation, dans le coin supérieur droit d’une page, cliquez sur votre photo de profil, puis sur Vos organisations. Puis, à droite de l’organisation, cliquez sur Paramètres.

Dans la barre latérale gauche, cliquez sur Paramètres de développeur.

Dans la barre latérale de gauche, cliquez sur GitHub App .

Next to the GitHub App that you want to install, click Edit.

Click Install App.

Click Install next to the location where you want to install the GitHub App.

If the app requires repository permissions, select All repositories or Only select repositories. The app will always have at least read-only access to all public repositories on GitHub.
If the app does not require repository permissions, these options will be omitted.

If you selected Only select repositories in the previous step, under the Select repositories dropdown, select the repositories that you want the app to access.
If the app creates any repositories, the app will automatically be granted access to those repositories as well.

Click Install.
