You can connect the JIRA DVCS plugin to your organization account to scan commits and pull requests, creating relevant metadata and hyperlinks in any mentioned JIRA Issues.

  1. Settings icon in the user barIn the upper-right corner of any page, click your profile photo, then click Settings.
  2. Sidebar organization nameIn the left sidebar under Organization settings, click the name of your organization.
  3. OAuth applications tab in the left sidebarIn the left sidebar under Developer settings, click OAuth applications.
  4. Click Register a new application.
  5. Under Application name, type "JIRA".
  6. Under Homepage URL, type the full URL to your JIRA instance.
  7. Under Authorization callback URL, type the full URL to your JIRA instance.
  8. Register application buttonClick Register application.
  9. Client ID and Client SecretUnder Organization owned applications, note the "Client ID" and "Client Secret" values.
